Our structural design services begin with conceptual design and brainstorming. We kick off with initial sketches to generate ideas, followed by creating 3D models for presenting the concept to the client. Once we get customer approval, we move on to designing in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to produce dielines. This is followed by testing and producing a prototype to ensure everything is in place.

After perfecting the prototype, we apply artwork to the dieline and create a full-color mockup for client approval. With the final design locked in, we move on to the production stage, ensuring the highest quality and precision in the finished product. The entire process flows through the stages of concept, CAD design, prototyping, and production, ensuring a seamless transition from idea to reality.
